Car body chair

At first it was a flat steel sheet.

Hammered, molded, folded, the sheet is constrained under the tool to round and soften in bodied forms that might seem soft. This trompe l'oeil reveals the blows and irregularities left by the hand, exposing its true nature.

After gaining volume, the sheet closes at the back and tries to find the flat back.
